There, he served numerous clients in strategy, organizational effectiveness, and revenue maximization. He also was part of the senior team for organizational development and leadership training for internal teams and clients.

Paresh received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and served as an officer of Harvard University. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland and worked at Northrop Grumman in Aerospace for many years.
